You might be using Internet Explorer 6 as this problem is there in this version of IE. Either upgrade to IE 7 or use Mozilla Firefox. This problem has been fixed in IE 7. Even in IE 6 you can try to login 2-3 times and then eventually you will be able to but it is random problem, it occurs at random intervals.
