Any kind of trading method related to sma high and low works better in trending markets, it tests our courage and patience in rangebound markets, i am saying this after successfully using 55 sma high low close for more than 4 years. One more thing, sometimes prices went far away from sma values and some times they dont go anywhere from sma values so break out waiting period is also important. So whoever has that kind of discipline, courage and patience, wel come.........

i dont have courage as Chirag have.. i traded LIC, BPCL under this EOD setup and some how burned fingers

so i got into smaller TF which is 15 min-- and traded 55 SMA-- after 4-5 month trading, i felt some changes are must , so selected 30 SMA---

And then felt that stocks are to be traded also-- so selected this 100 SMA 15 min

we will start with stocks

1 } Hero Moto---- add 15 point filter --target is 30 points stop loss 30 points

at times its seen that script has given almost 100 points also-- in this case after stop loss or target--- make a Re-entry-- when ever you find script within 15 points of High SMA

2} Can bank-- add 3 points filter-- book at 8 points

3} PNB-- add 4 points--- Auto exit

4}Tata steel-- add 4 points-- Auto exit

Dear Sharmaji,

If u dont want to calculate all that filters and need a set up within a chart then just use bollinger band with values 20(2) and 20 sma high and 20 sma low.

if still u want to use 100 sma then use bollinger band 100(2) and 100 sma high and 100 sma low

which ever suits u better u can use.

regards,

Chirag....
