Interesting thread. Will wait for a short term trade to get initiated. 5688 Future or spot?

i am so sorry karthik...if you had kept the SL then i guess you would have hit it after hitting at high of 142 odd..i quickly changed my SL in order to avoid these whipsaws... sorry couldnt post that on time..

But i am anyways happy to say that i have booked profits entirely at 196.4..
You can check it .. Order ref : 201304181600019550

Hi steve!!!!!! No issue me too earned some points ..... Really i want to tell thanks today after market hours.... One confusiion is usually u dont give stop loss for the trade.....another crossover is the opposite trade and another thing is u never warned like that comment ( Note: Market is downtrend so take call options for day or two) this comment created panic to me. But one thind i observed in ur strategy is No panic,No future predcition,No fundamentals,No world market,No trend decider........ ONLY STEVE STEVE STEVE IS THE MANTRA

Hi Steve,

If possible request you to post the chart of nifty .....for the last week or 10 days, basically to see how you tracked the move for a close above 5688.

Thnx/Rgds

thank you karthik for the compliments... i generally don't trade with a SL...i exit my positions when i feel that it dint work (barely that happens).. its good to see that we have been consistently making profits...cheers
p.s: steve is not the mantra..its the system which gives us the return...i don;t do any magic..

cheers

For high risk takers :

If we close at or above 5831 today (which is obviously likely) we can look to buy some calls since there would be a 3 15 EMA cross over on the weekly time frame.. target of 6050 in this series..

Let's see anyways...

I am buying some amount of 6100 calls at 24...

Note: i am buying only a few quantity as i am not really sure how its going to pan out to be.

Problem: No stop loss

cheers

Dear Steve.

Thanks for the guidance. For me, your 3/15 is going well on the Daily. ( although no time to trade, just academically following your posts).

A whip / loss on the weekly will dent the confidence that I am gaining on the daily.

By the way, would appreciate if you could educate us on how you reached the figure of 5688 for the previous bullish crossover

Thanks. Keep Rocking.
