@hydrogen.. I am not sure what you're talking about..but there is no crossover.. its still in positive territory...

@others: I hope everyone made trades on bearish crossover on 24Jan and bullish crossover on 18Feb... both turned out to be huge profits.. I personally couldnt trade.. but i hope everyone made money..

Sorry for the delayed post..Been busy ..
will start posting again !

cheers

Hi
Good to see you back. I had started trading 3 by 15 crossover on stocks from past few day. Thought to share it. but instead of starting new group I decided to post it here only as this also resembles 3 by 15 crossovers.
NIFTY yet did not crossed 3 by 15.
NAHARSPRING is a stock which crossed 3 by 15 yesterday. I had put the after hours order, but yet it had not got triggered.

Hello everyone !

I think some people need some clarification... vinay and prakash are right... those who have another system which they use...they should start a forum of their own..

Let me clarify certain things. This forum is strictly for people to use options trading based on the EOD crossover of the 3 day EMA and 15 day EMA on nifty spot values...

I do not use this system to trade in stocks/futures/ etc etc

and for the people who think that i lost interest ..i did not... i was out at site for work so i couldnt follow the markets... Nonetheless like i had mentioned in the first post.. this forum will be dormant till there is a crossover in the EMAs and this doesnt happen frequently... I will post when it happens..

For today if we have a close at or above 5771 we can buy calls...let's see if we reach that level..

cheers
stevenmat

I think I have posted on wrong forum.
Sorry for that..

I have avoided creating short position ( i.e. buying Put as per this method), due to high volatility. Options are quite expensive ! (VIX went up by 8% today, so even though Nifty closed flat, both calls / puts prices have gone up !)

u can trade in future also, originally this mithod is for future, as far as I know. u can backtest and if satisfied then trade. The point is in future u need more capital margin+some money for MTM. So it depends on individual trader.
trade well.

Hey sorry guys for the delayed response... Been busy.. so anyways i bought PEs with -ve crossover on April 30 and premium decreased and i lost some money... Reversed all positions on EOD on may 9 th bought 7200 CEs at 149.. Now its 198.. so i've eliminated all my PE losses.. Mostly will book 90% profits today... and keep another 10% for the roulette tables as usual...

prabit : I am not sure if this is effective for NF coz if you backtest using the NF charts then the frequency of -ve trades are more when compared to NS charting. I personally use this ONLY for option trading using NS levels.

cheers everyone

Keep getting profits
