Hi Crome,
I have been watching your calls for about a year and a half now I found them to be very successful. Some time back you have discussed about investment based on 39-period Stochastics value crossing 50%. Does that apply only for positional trades or have you observed it to be successful in day trading also? I would appreciate it if you kindly answer to this doubt.

Hi Falkon,

Yes STS-39 is a very good tool for swings and positional trades..One way is to go long/short on crossover of 50 levels..other way (a bit aggressive and need to be done in parts) is to start buying only when it comes upwards and crosses 20 from deep oversold levels. Then if it again comes below 20 then hold and again wait to further cross 20 levels from oversold territory to buy more, vice versa for Short trades.

The trade setup is same in both positional and intraday trades, though try to take confirmation from other available indicators also.

In J-Charts which is not taking
figures 0 and 1 in 2nd and 3rd box... Pls put fugures as 39,02,02....but check the blue line of 39 (%K) only for trading.
In charts premium, u can directly put 39,0
