Shiva i was seeing your backtest and had some confusion
is net points in NF from 2005 till 2012 ...7565 ( 23092 less 15527 ) or do we take it as 23092?
basically we have to account for intraday whips right? |

Yes we are accounting for intraday whips by reducing them from the system gains.
So, as per the system we made 23092 points and less 15527 points lost in whipsaws...

Dear Galrani
Conviction in your system and discipline in your trade is the key ingredient for success in markets (not for this system, any system in general) Appreciate this very much, people hit two stoplosses and attempt to modify it,which proves futile and keep changing or looking for systems which are adaptable to their needs, rather than adhering to a proven system

Well said Umesh
After TC2012, many people had started following this and after few whipsaws the interest in this died.
I have been still following this and results are still the same as i had shared in TC2012.
Guess I have accepted the fact that whipsaw losses are part of the game and have learnt to live with it.
Cheers

Hi
This is a SAR (Stop and Reverse) system...so it will always be in with a trade either long or short. So crossover is your stoploss for closing existing positions and opening opposite direction positions.
For example today BNF is now at 10550 and crossover is at 11000. If I am short 1 lot now, I will buy 2 lots at 11000 (one lot to cover my existing short and one lot to go net long position)
Cheers

Sharminda mat karo yaar
As told in the agenda on the tc website, I will be discussing on low risk option strategies like spreads, butterflies etc
These should supplement 3x5 which is a loss making syatem in sideways markets
See you there
Cheers
