No need to thank me. I too have learnt this system from someone else and have modified this to suit my needs.
If you are making money out of this need only one assistance from you. Monthly donate 5% of your gains from this to any needy persons or a reputable NGO that does good work in suporting the needy.
Cheers

Hi Shiva,
I appreciate your thoughts about the 5% donation. Its a noble cause.
Some modifications are made in the reversal point column in NIFTY sheet. Just check the excel. This increases the profit to about 1.5 times. Have a look at the same.
Your precious feedback required.
Regards,
Rachit.

Can you help me by giving the formula to calculate the price at which price will touch 3ema (or 5ema)
Assuming todays BNF close is 11500 and 3ema is 11450 and 5ema is 11400
I want this formula to calculate the price of bnf tomorrow at which it will be equal to 3ema. Similarly one more formula for 5ema
Thanks in advance
Cheers

If you have intraday update of EOD chart(Jcharts-premium has that), you can see the both EMAs touching when price reaches the reversal value.
Formula for calculating reversal value:
Reversal value = [E2(n2-n1+(n1*n2)-1)-E1(n1-n2+(n1*n2)-1)] / 2(n2-n1)
Where,
n1 & n2 are time periods for which EMA is calculated and n2>n1
E1 is EMA value corresponding to period n1
E2 is EMA value corresponding to period n2
Example: n1 = 3, n2 = 5, E1 = EMA 3, E2 = EMA 5
Thanks. |

Hello Shiva,
It is a simple one. Tomorrow price has to reach today's EMA, that is where the price and EMAs meet.
The formula for EMA is,
Current EMA = Prev.EMA+(Current close - Prev.EMA)*2/(1+Period for which Ema is calculated)
When current close = prev. EMA, you are left with:
Current EMA = Prev. EMA
Thanks.

Rachit,
Can you elaborate the changes. In NF, you have modified 3x5 to 5x8 for
entry. For reversal can you please clarify the logic. |

I made 5 EMA & 8 EMA cross-overs with changes in reversal point. You can see the formula used in excel |
