You need to plot volumes too…. There should be a rise in volumes at point 5 compared to earlier days. That is also an important condition for this set up

However I checked them .They are good and it qualifies for fusion criteria .

But you are late in identifying it. I always prefer to take entry on the reversal day itself for the reason …It offers an excellent Risk/Reward.

Sangi! Please go through this and decide your self

A FUSION TRADING STRATEGY

A proposal of a fusion trading strategy with WW pattern, BB, CCI mixed with specific Candle stick pattern.
Here it goes......

1.Pattern should be WW (Wolf Wave ) either bullish or bearish.

2.Wave 4 should comprise 3 or more continuous Bullish/Bearish Candles.(Means White/Black candles)

3.The last Candle should have an Inverted hammer( need not be a shooting star)( Topping Tail ) / Hammer( Bottoming Tail) for Bearish/Bullish waves in the order.( need not be a perfect Hammer /Inverted Hammer........ Bottoming Tail and Topping Tail formation is important.).A volume rise should be accompanied.

4.The Tail (or Tail and Body) of the Hammer should pierce through the Upper/Lower BB (20 period with 2 std deviation)

5.CCI (5) should be OB/OS as the case may be(Means around +100&above / -100&below).

6. After 3/4 or more Bullish/Bearish candles there should be change of guard with Bearish/Bullish candle( Means after consecutive white candles a black candle formation or vice versa).

The positon can be taken on the same day when the change of guard is confirmed or on the next day.

The Stoploss should be just below/above the Bottoming/Topping Tail.

The Fusion Methodology Recipe prepared by me.... All the credit goes to Original Inventors/Discoverers of Patterns, Bands,Candles,Indicators,Methods etc....

This should work in all Time Frames.

This effort is to make our trading more Mechanical( Thus less emotional intervention) with great Risk/Reward and High success percentage.

A picture speaks thousand times better.Have a look at the Chart.

When ever you find these combinations don't miss...Trade it.you are going to reap the benefits.I tried my level best to present it as simple as possible hoping that..... Novice Traders should benefit out of it.

(P.S: This is also best suited for part time traders since it was devised by a P.T 24 )

I don't mind guiding Sangi

Before that please do your homework. Please don’t ask your guide to do your homework.

You said you read all of it .What does it mean by reading? you need to understand, assimilate and apply it too. If you face any difficulty in understanding you are free to rise them.

There are hardly few conditions for this setup .Once they are fulfilled then only we can say it qualifies for this set up.

Where are the 3 or more bullish candles in your chart in wave 4? .If they are not there how can it qualify for this set up? Then why should you ask me whether it qualifies or not and why should I answer as No.Won’t it look silly?

Don’t get disappointed you are welcome for asking help. My humble request is before asking the questions do your homework please.

You are able to identify WW's .Work some more time to understand the conditions of this set up .Keep a check list.Once all of them ticked then post here. Still if you need some help ask for it.

R.Kji,

I dont expect you to do the homework. I want a senior like you to point out my mistakes so that it wont happen again. Thank you for pointing out my mistakes. Now sound and clear.

Posting DLF Chart again. It again qualified for fusion. It formed a bullish candle in today's trade thus triggered long trade again. This time I took a 190 call.

First time trading a call based on this startegy.

Got more than 100% profit on call in 4 days. Booking the profit.Original target is around 204 by Jan30. Risk takers may carry for more profits...Nothing wrong in it. Laughing

Rashmi

It won’t qualify for Fusion .There are no continuous 3 Bullish candles in wave 4. But it appears to be qualified for -WW on initial look.Draw the TL's for confirmation.

I posted this bottom chart on 10th with the given comments in WW thread. It was a forcefully imposed WW .But still INFY honored it and nosedived in a hurry to meet the Target…… Just kidding.

The Real stuff I wanted to present is…. I said it qualifies for Fusion criteria .Guys! Even it’s not qualified for WW the other Fusion set up factors worked and hammered INFY.

From now on wards we may check for this set up also i.e. even without WW. Have a look at the chart posted.
