Hi Rk,
I noticed increased volume last few days from 110 to 120 levels. Dont you think that can be bullish too. if sustains above 120 then it can fire also.
Thanks,
Sonshu

increase in volume on point 5 and the hammer make it a favorable point to short.

Hammer formation okay. But how increase in volume make it more favorable to short. Generally if stock is increasing with volumes then does n't is mean bullish signal.
Thanks,
sonshu

Dear Sonshu,
The basic principle of wolfe wave says that point 5 should be accompanied by high volume as compared to surrounding days.
This will be an additional confirmation for the reversal to take place.

Yes it can.Our trade not yet triggered.
Powergrid was consolidating in the range of 90-110 from the past 3 years. The upside breakout can be ferocious.

A Doji has formed in Powergrid at lower levels compared to yesterday close.I took it as bearish candle and went for short.
My SL will be placed at 120.70

Simple Amol.
Especially exit is only based on Cash price,Though you are trading in Futures, means there could be premium/discount in futures but we should not bother about it simply we trade.Entry is also based on COG in Cash
SL is preferably on EOD basis(Cash). It's again demands reading of situation so as to avoid running in to exceptional losses. Some one who can not do that may keep SL on intraday basis also.It may reduce the sucess rate a liittle bit.
This strategy call for some discreation on individual basis for entry/exit and also demands lots of patience.

Sangi,
It's a good -ww.One can trade it. Does not qualify for Fusion. As you said Volume rise at point 5 lacking and also it doesn't consist 3/4 continuous Bullish candles before change of Guard.
