Amit,

Had taken a 320 Call yesterday after exiting my futures yesterday with a gut feel that this will move up atleast by expiry. So, am with it now.

HI Rk,

Posting the chart of IGL for a fusion. COG awaited. Your take on this and particularly the Volume part.

You identified the problem. Volume is the problem. Actually while formulating Fusion I thought that relative increase in the volume is sufficient. As per that formulation this is ok but It happened in the case of Bharti also (whose volumes at point 5 is not very good but relatively high). Now we need to put a tab on it.As of now from our experience the conclusion is.... better the volumes better the success rate.

Even in case of bharti... though it failed to reach the target at least it travelled above UTL. So may be with reduced targets we may trade them.

What you people think?. Please share your observations and thoughts.
If on COG candle there is a huge volume...it's fine.

Hi Sureender,

It's not a Fusion. There are multiple +ww's giving immediate target above 300 around first week of Jan. Once Market direction is clear after couple of days. You may take a position accordingly.

Hi RK.

Agree with ur views abt Vol. Infact in some of ur earlier posts had found Vol to be not upto the mark as i would have liked to. But, yes if the COG is accompanied by a Good Vol we shld take the trade. This point shld definitely be considered in our future trades.

It seems there are good volumes too. You bought it at the end. You could have waited for tomorrow for FED decision. Laughing

I am expecting some sort of tapering announcement. Actually I wanted to put up a detailed post in Market master mind and could not get time to do that.

To put it in brief Fed is threatened by Chinese Renminbi which is gaining international acceptance slowly but steadily. Chinese are having huge $ reserves and at an opportune time they are capable of hitting it to dethrone and establish Renminbi as a world reserve currency.

Because of this apparent threat, I think US may not be able to continue printing $ and weakening it's position further. They should start at least some sort of tapering.

This is just my analysis. In broader terms it might be fine but could falter in timing.
