- div ache nifty te
any break below 5400 if happens at all, will take us to 5300 again
its forming broadening top here
a deadly pattern, if it falls and breaks below 5400 the expect simply another blood bath
whereas we have closed at a support level of fibonicchi
next resistance is around 5572-5600
ami bhalo kore dekhini, just tomar msg dekhe ei matro dekhlam

so many T.A books in bengali, mostly written by SIDHARTHA CHATTERJEE and his folks
but those books are half baked in true scene, and u dont need to learn bengali either
bcoz im back in English writing

rohit44 wrote: | Casper brother GE, today i found in ET that hindalco has formed h&s pattern on weekly charts with decent volume support which indicates potential downside till 38.2% retracement at 170, sl 240....is it so? can you please give your precious view on that.....( dont get bored with hindalco....i try to master/track 5 8 stocks only....i feel confusion will be less and accuracy will improve) |
there is no H/S in hindalco weekly chart, all we have is a broadening top formation
if hindalco takes support at 200 level, goes up to 240-250 and then come down to 200 again, then only we will have a h/s in weekly chart here.
to develop H/S in weekly chart, it ill take months, as here 1 candle represent one week
among T.A practitioners, all the guys who shout in T.V or news paper about T.A,are mostly known as either Micky Mouse or Donald Duck,( i am serious,) so never take them seriously, u may remember that though we are falling from diwali mahurat trading, but these boys gave a sell call at 5300-5200 range only and those who followed them got trapped severely
while ravee already highlighted the immediate trading aspect, i am elaborating a lil more
1. no heavy downfall will occur until we break below 200 and 190 respectively
2.no heavy up move will be there unless we break and sustain above 214-217
so if it become range bound, we should buy at lower range and sell at higher range until this breaks
3.in the light of the broadening top, if it breaks below 200-190 by weekly closing, hindalco will go down to 150-140 level
but dont expect the fall to be a sharp one, it will go down gradually then
while weekly chart will provide us the general trend, but we need to watch out smaller tf charts for entry and exit points
finally, i never get bored by T.A related things, so u dont worry
and u r doing right thing by selecting only handful stocks and trying to follow up them
by da way, if u want to learn about patterns, plz see the early pages of this thread, all the important patterns with example and trading criteria is posted here

i know too little to write a book anna, plz pray for me that I should always consider myself as a student, never as a teacher
bcoz, the day i start thinking of teaching, my own development will be stopped for ever then

But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep.

Casper,
you know the most riskiest thing in markets? It is obviously "TO TRADE IN MARKETS".
All other things are risk free
