during a div, ur 2nd extreme (top/bot) must be equal or exceed the 1st extreme, if it exceeds then it will be better, ok??
|
why it exceed is better.... cant equal give better confirmation coz its a double bottom n +divergence so two + signals gives better opportunity.

exceeding is always better than double top or double bot, bcoz by exceeding if u see price on stand alone basis, it will look like trend is in full force,
but when u see ur indicator and find it is not a trend in full force, but on the contrary , its a divergence,
it will looks like as such.....price is going at 2 o'clock and rsi is going at 4 o'clock (in case of - div)thus will show a state of total non confirmation, an utter chaos when commoners are strongly optimistic but big boys are silently shifting their bets
since div is all about non confirmation (this line, perhaps im writting 100th time ) so what can be of greater confusion for us as a trader, that in 2010 diwali we were celebrating new high in the market and biggies were starting betting in opposite direction???
thats why its known as A grade div
(make sure u understood this, otherwise, i have posted it 100 time and im ready to explain it another 100 times )

About to break a looooooooooong time Resistance..
If you get a BO on at least 60tf close on next trading session, you can buy with SL below that candle.
LTP- 112.
Targets are huge. But Initially 120 looks very probable..
-------Sumesh |
Berger up almost 5% .. It do 120-125 today itself ...
If entering now, please play carefully and keep Trail SLs

DT broken.. However, play carefully, as there was only two attempts for low breaking before BD(It could be a ww in disguise ). So any close above BD level is a strict SL..
-----------Sumesh |
As I feared, it turned out to be WW , and completed the tgt also in a single candle..ouch...!!

There is surely one DT forming on Banknifty, and I'm waiting for its BD..
Only issue is rising RSI, which in my opinion will be nullified due to time lag..
A close below BD line is required..

This is noo exactly a DT..
Please see attached chart of DRREDDY on 30tf... Though this also does not fit into ideal DT category (more of a rectangle box BD)... Still looks good for shorting...
