Fantasy Game
- Lets assume I launch a hedge fund with capital of 10 lakhs from today.
- Its a long only fund hence no shorting allowed.
- Investments can be made across all sectors and market cap (multi cap fund).
- No single stock will have more than 5% allocation.
- Any idle cash sitting in the portfolio is invested in short term liquid fund giving 8% returns per annum (lets say invested in Sundaram money fund that has given 8% annualised return in last 3 years. Lets pick yesterday NAV of 32.77 for argument sake.
- Cash can also be used to hedge positions by trading in options before any major events.

Lets see how this fund performs.

Cheers
SH

Yes, I've heard about such a thing for a long time. But have not understood how it works, now I understood a little bit. On this forum it's not the only information that seemed very interesting to me.
