personally, I would not touch the scrip.

a. it has been in a long term down trend.
b. the trend has been stopped, but not reversed. ranging between 58 - 84.not sure if it is a further distributive process or an accumulative process.(we have seen many such of the latter in the great pull market of the mid 2000's Mr. Green

)
c. it looks like a break above 84, but I have seen many of these false breakouts(not sure if it is a market imperfection or a cheap shot by the stock operators). Let it close above 84.
d. it has huge overhead resistance at 100. It is a C buy. you'll make money. a bot I guess. Wait for the big move above 100 levels. But that depends on your objectives and style of trading.
