Dear Srikanth Sir,

I have been using icharts for quite some time and found it one of the best charts and discussions related website. The ShoutBox (SB) is a very useful tool for instant discussions and view presentation. But for about a month or so, I find SB does not refresh automatically / refresh in delayed mode, when I don't post something in it. I found out that many other people are also experiencing this problem.

As there is a saying - necessity is the mother of invention - some of SB users have started posting a DOT (.) to keep it refreshing.
My suggestion as well as humble request is to place a REFRESH button on SB so that instead of posting dots, we can press the button and it gets refreshed.
