| Shorted Axis on confluence of 5/34/200.. This is purely a discretionary trade. reverse SL will be on upside crossover, hence small SL.

sumesh, how many lots do you trade ? and how many positions do you keep open at any one time?
Axis Bank is Bullish on 4 Hr tf, still you have gone with short based on 30m tf?

I trade generally on stocks... and nf.. very small qty.. learning..
Axis bank --- Correct, like I said it was a contra trade.. Just because SL would be small, took chance..

Sumesh, in Stocks, do you trade in futures or in cash, but in cash you can't carry short. and how many stocks/positions at one time and how you manage them.

Sorry, I forgot to mention.... In stocks I only trade in cash... short I hold only for the day, that is why I try to enter early, so that I can catch some moves intra... Long if I get tgts intra I book or else take btst ..
Generally 3-4 trades are open at a time... I'm trading more as want to understand various scenarios.. I want to settle on 1-2 max.. nf is always good...but some stocks give very sharp moves... that's what attract me to them..
Managing trade is simple... book 50% on 1:1 , then trail based on minor pivot, 5/34 crossover or some big candle low.. depends on situation...

Although it looks like contra if u see on bigger time frame... But I find it interesting if u get a crossover... simple based on adx/rsi readings... let it first get a upside crossover...

This is much better than people who go around forums posting useless comments. Isn't it?
White belts may not really be "white" in terms of trading knowledge and black belts may not really be all that knowledgeable. Judge based on what they are posting and not what kind of belt they have which is just an automatically allotted designation for fun.
You should think twice before posting such comments.
