I have traded few stock futures on hourly chart by looking its trend on Daily chart. I have noticed that during 200 ema crossing the trend line on daily chart also broken. Those trades are successful.

Like today I have a trade for AXIS futures LONG once 13 ema crossing 200 ema (that is what I set) which may happen around 587-590.

Any advise?

Hi Sumesh,

Is there any list of stocks which you are monitoring..

Apart from NF and BNF, I'm watching only LT and JustDial nowadays. Having seen many stocks with this strategy I decided to limit myself to only 2 stocks. The point is, to trade any stock and take as many signals as possible from it, one need to have sufficient fund.
I have realized it is more rewarding and stress-free to trade few but consistently than monitoring many.

Sumesh:
1 No one has unlimited funds
2 But you can leverage your money by buying call or put if you are sure of scrip direction.
3 May be you can trade 10 scrips by switching to bought call/ put
4 Dangerous to sell options because of potentially unlimited losses if SL not trig. On the other hand max loss in buy = initial investment

my 2 cents ... just focus on Nifty/Bank Nifty and 2-3 more stocks maximum like LT, Justdial, SAIL, DLF. If you cant make money in follwing 5-6 scrips, you wont make money following 50 scrips either.

If you can make money in these 5-6 scrips, you trade larger quantity instead of bothering to trade more scrips along with these 5-6 scrips.

Either ways, sticking to 5-6 scrips max is enough.

Cheers
SH

Booked second lot @1268 ... Trade closed

Could have waited more ,but I thought not to be greedy, mkt has given me good fall so better encash and wait for another signal...

A valid crossover.. Short below 340(spot) is recommended. Beware of possible divergence at bottom.
