Hi Alchemist Bhai..Do you carry forward trades to next day if target or SL isn't achieved.
The reason for asking is what would happen if market belows our SL next day?

Mr. Alchemist,

I appreciate your strategies and efforts in identifying the resistance and support levels in options. However, with your permission, I would like to suggest (this is my observation and experience) a small modification in execution of stop loss. You work the same strategy for PE (if you are holding CE) and buy a suitable PE and divide the total investment from 11/12 in a way to buy 8 CEs in first place and 4 PEs at the stop loss equivalent of CE and wait for the market to stabilize. Then you can sell off the 4 PEs and add the same to the CE once you are confirmed. The overall loss would be smaller. However, the market appears did not have any incentive to go up after the RBI announcement.

Mkts are very volatile .... this is where having a small SL trade is the key in limiting risk.

I will be looking at buying puts today at some point.

Will Buy 7400 PE at 130 (if it hits) SL will be 117, targets will be 153 and 176

Sl was triggered @ 98.7
I am trading these levels from 20-1-2016. I earned Rs.37,800/= (excluding brokerage) and I missed one profitable call also. Now profit reduced to Rs.2,730/= (excluding brokerage). I am small trader. some times I am doing 8 lots and some times 4 lots (It depends up on my capital)...
