Dear Member,
Currently we do not have alert facility to mobile or email. In Platinum,we do have Alert facility which will be displayed on your system.

hello kamal,
will the alert window be displayed (top of the screen) even if the main application is minimized?
i want to know if i have to keep monitoring for the alerts in the main window or i can do some other work expecting a pop-up window to alert me?

Dear Member,
A beep sound will be heard if any alert is triggered (Even if the window is minimized) and it will give an idea that one of your alerts have triggered. Once you restore the window, it will show you the display of which alert has been triggered.
