Greetings!
I request the experts if they can oblige by suggesting 15-20 all time great/all weather stocks to trade. The gesture will be highly appreciated.
Regards. |

He went to search for all time great stocks, all time great forecasters, all time great experts,
Long time back he went to search ,all long time gr8 stocks, all long time gr8 forecasters, all long time gr8 experts,
Some time back he went to search, all some time gr8 stocks, all some time gr8 forecasters, all some time gr8 experts,
Recently he went to search,all recent gr8 stocks,all recent gr8 forecasters,all recent gr8 experts,
He thought tomorrow he shall go to search, for all time gr8 stocks, all gr8 forecasters ,all gr8 experts. |

Thanks for responding but all your prose or modern verse is
greek to me.
I simply want to know some of the all-weather stocks which are fit to be traded in cash/futures/options/intraday/swing/positional as I have not the resources or the expertise to scan all the stocks of NSE. For an example the stocks are to be all time great volume generators i.e. the most liquid etc.
Please forgive me if i am putting a question like an idiot.
Warm regards. |

s tarlochann:
Stocks are like the human beings who create them. They are born, develop, reach their peak, start fading. They need to be reinvented to again attain greatness like IBM changed from computers to software based packages.
There are no all time great companies and you have to diversify your money to avoid taking a big hit. Example if you concentrated on infrastructure 1 year back today your stocks would be down 80%.
Have you heard of Standard Mills, Orkay, Garden or Mafatlal. Well you couldnt miss them in 1970s and early 1980s
I may fall in love with ITC and you may favor Airtel and that's what makes shares so fascinating.
You need to do some research yourself after seeing your likes and dislikes. There is no shortcut. Start with ICharts screener.

apka: sesa goa was a great scrip under Finsider, Portugal ownership. Now it is one of the so so scrips held by Vedanta PLC and is used as a vehicle by Anil Agar'l to fund more buys. One day, when load of loans becomes too much, it will go the KFA way!
This is what I meant in earlier post. No share remains an investor's dream. It may turn into nightmare if promoter changes, change of rules, export ban, product obsolete
You need to do continuous research
