| Range bound in the short term and up trending in the medium term. That is what it looks like to me. |

Well, the short term movement certainly has been flat, and this has happened after a medium term downtrend. Additionally, the 30 day stochastic has recently moved out of the oversold zone, so one might expect a medium term upmove. Personally, I agree with you. |
