Which older one was better? Charts (premium) is the same as it was earlier. I am not sure what you mean by older charts (premium). Please explain.

shrithakar,
I am able to view the charts on that URL perfectly fine as always. I have now tested it on different internet services also and it works fine in every case. Try clearing your browser cache and see if you get it.

Are you all talking about 20 days historical intraday charts in Charts (Premium)? If yes, then those will not work for a while. Use Charts (Premium) for EOD only.

Adi,
Very strange...I do not see the problem when I try the same. I am posting a chart with the same indicators and data range that you have.
Let me know what other settings you have selected.

|
|
swing trader,
I recently got a windows 7 ultimate system for the trading purpose. i was able to get the jcharts-premium initially when i click jcharts(premium) link.
data is refreshing as usual. But when i maiximise the java applet to the full screen data is not loading. the "refreshing data" is seen on the left bottom corner but it is not changing to "data loaded". the Auto refresh button is on during all this process. when i try close the java applet , the following message is shown in an pop up window
"Java(TM)Applet SE binary not responding"
can you please post a solution for this issue.
thanks,
krishna

Sir,
FROM NEXT TIME PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU START A SEPARATE THREAD FOR A DIFFERENT COMPLAINT.
We have not tested Windows 7 yet. The main thing to remember is that we have no link to which operating system you use - win xp, win 7, mac osx, Linux are all same to us as our charts depend on Java and java depends on the browser & OS. If you seem to have problems with the chart on win 7 then the issue might be related to Java. You should search on java.com website (in forums) and see if there are any special fixes/updates for java on win7.
Your error message indicates you may have to increase the amount of RAM allocated to Java. You can do this by following the instructions given here: http://www.duckware.com/pmvr/howtoincreaseappletmemory.html Please this and see...it might work.
