Hey buddies,


Here is the back testing result of my trending mkt strategy which i was developing since two years.... I am attaching some scrips for ur reference.... The strategy have generated the buy/sell signals from 1-1-2009 till the current date that is 15-04-2011..... Its for short term to medium term investment horizon strategy that i have made.... It gives on an average 5 to 6 buy/sell signals in 2 years....

Ur Feedback and backtesting request for ur favorite scrips is always welcome..... Thanks a ton....

His Strategy is:-
1. That his system gave indication that MARKETS shall be trending from 01.01.2009 itself.
2. That he is able trade on this conviction.
3. Let world knows he is making PROFITS on his strategies.

one thing more he want applause for his performance in MARKETS and wants this as feedback.

Dear Critics,

I appreciate ur backtesting effort on my posts...

The strategy have not choosen the date range but i have done so. I tried to backtest for the last 2 years. I can also do backtest for last 5 years but its vry time consuming and effortful...

but what is the strategy indeed? how u gone long /short? what was the criteria of going long/short?

how u manged positions??

if u shed some light here, then i think picture will be clear b4 us and we will be able to understand the "strategy" part

as of now, all we have is some data, some name of shares, bought and sold for unknown reasons, as long as the "reason" is not clear, no body will be able to back test on their own and no one can take this effort seriously, so if u want serious feedback, i guess u should clear the picture 1st

Sid bhai,

After studying the nos. u posted I feel u have a strategy after all. ... it is called LUCK. Kabhi 400% gain in 4 months to kabhi 30% loss in few weeks
