Does somebody have excel based backtesting spreadsheets.
If yes please share it; would be useful to all the members.

Hi Anita,
First of all welcome into the ichartian family. Bfore asking for the backtesting spread sheets for strategies u must first go thru the different threads in the forum . Which backtesting spreadsheet do u want? and by the way ur experience in the field of trading.

Thanks for reply Vishy.
I am a new birdy to trading. But I am developing some strategies and need to backtest them using excel. I dont use any software as such.

Hi,
I think nobody might hav those spreadsheets. Everyone here tend to prepare sheets themselves on theri own. The main columns we require will be Scrip,Qty,Buy Price,Sell price,Sl,TGT ( this is the thing that i do as well) and then will have to connect them using formulas.
