Attached is the chart of Educomp weekly...
1. Bounced sharply from long term trendline support a few weeks back
2.Recently resisted from 20 weekly moving average closer to 475-478
3.Could be trading near the mid range of the downsloping trading channel
4. Doji formation hence the weekly low could be critical support for ppl holding on to long positions. Break above weekly high could propel a move higher to the upper end of the channel could be closer to 525-535
Hence buy on a break of weekly high or sell on a break of weekly low

[/quote] friends if we see over all trend of nifty all scrips are sell on a rally mode.......... every small rally is a n opportunity to short sell ......... for example uco bank looking really weak...... it it shows some divergence which is positive in 5 monites rsi............... so probably sthe stock may rally up to 110 ........... there the share can be shorted........... in daily chart also its a sell ...........
