It will be a valid broadening formation if nifty breaks 4900 on the downside.

There is a confirmed 1-2-3 low with breakout already taken place-buy with sl 4900.
Or wait for weakness to confirm itself to go short.The market can stay irrational longer than you can remain solvent.

Sorry I want to modify my earlier post since I cannot cancel it-you can short nifty with a target of 4000 sl 5205.

I have short position in NF and shall continue to average on every rise till 5500.At present I have NF 3 lots at average 5151.plz advise.

Never average a losing position.If 5200 is breached on the upside close your position.And wait for weakness and confirmation frim price to open shorts.
