Displacement is Left, Value is 5

Time frame is of your choice from 30 Sec to 4 Hour.

As a beginner you may want to stay in 3 or 5 min charts.

In higher TF gains are large, of course Stop Loss will usually be wide and far.

Patil Ji

Stop loss can be the previous candle low/high or you can use icharts levels for SL. You can also use 8ema or 13ema as your guiding factor..

Same for profit booking, you can use fixed targets, icharts levels to book or trail.

See the chart for 3 TF, you can hold till a red candle is formed below or above 13 wma (I alternate between 13 wma and ema).

Friday 01/08/2014
Exit with 13wma
Long entry was at 11:47:59 Candle, this case find a red candle below 13 wma. Exit for long would have been at 12:59:59 candle.

Short Entry was at 13:56:59 Candle, this case find green candle above 13 wma 15:11:59 or 15:20:59

Exit with Icharts
Long entry was at 11:47:59 Candle, Exit At Bull and at R1 (if you have two lots) at 12:11:59 and 12:47:59

Short Entry was at 13:56:59 Candle, Exit at Bear Level 14:47:59 or 14:50:59

Hope these two ideas will help.

I am sure you will be able to find more innovative ideas for exit, do share them here.

Regards,
