Try Stock Screener Lite (it is paid software but provides good scanner and includes scanner for all technical/candlestick patterns) For free it provides only Moving Average Crossover but only upto previous month

Though book is quite interesting covering almost all candle stick patterns but still some problems

1. It is very difficult to identify such patterns which requires browsing through so much charts.
2. Reliability of these patterns is also confusing since their reliability depends on market conditions and stock trend also.
3. Patterns with Marubozu or Doji candles are hardly found in real markets.
