CHART NOT REFRESING |

sir,
charts is not refreshing from opening of market.
please look in to the matter.

1 Go to settings, Control Panel, Java icon, Settings of Temp Internet Files, click on Delete Files, exit from control panel. Do it regularly
2 If u want u can increase amount of disk storage space for storing temp files in "Temp files settings" itself
3 Change from J Ch Premium to J Ch Prem Back Up or VICE VERSA (depending on which u r using!)
4 See if clock icon on top left corner (2nd icon) is lit up (correct) or dull (wrong). If dull click on it to make it bright. Save pref at bottom left corner (floppy icon)

Hi ,
The platinum charts are not updating today.
I do get 403 error when try to connect to Livesupport.

Please relogin to Platinum Charts again and check now. The issue has been rectified. Live Support is available from 10 AM onwards.

In BASIC service, spot nifty is available. For NF, one need to subscribe to PREMIUM service.
