| I have observed that a lot of lucrative charts patterns which can be traded profitably across markets and in different timeframes seem to go un-noticed by many traders and investors. In this thread I hope to post all those patterns. It will be done for Equities, commodities and if things go well for currency as well. Hope that people would discuss the various charts patterns and we can add to our understanding of the various patterns. As the name suggests I have learnt most if not all about patterns from the book by Edwards Magee & Bassetti. So for the beginners would recommend they start there

I think it has formed h&s pattern ,good to buy..for tgts of 303,310 and remaining shown in the chart..for positional, if sustains above 300 then go for tgts 320. best of luck. sl of 290

Because these pattern are very subjective; hence there interpretation is different from trader to trader.
Also they tend fail more often than they succeed.

IOB possible H & S in formation. But the Banknifty looks like an ascending wedge. Anyways if there is a breakdown it should be sold. We also need to watch SBIN closely.
