well .. while the nifty analysis by jd is gr8 and been done by the best in the industry, my view as of now is bearish due to the following reasons.
Take the case of a lunch or dinner. Lets say you ordered biriyani. It will taste very nice ONLY if it is prepared with a pinch of salt. Without that pinch of salt, the whole preparation goes for a toss. 
If tech. analysis is compared to the main stuff, the pinch of salt refers to the news events. What we have here, Govt. committing thousands of crores to a populist policy that too in this difficult times. While i definitely am not against the policy, i'm worried about the business implications and the drain effect it'll have on the coffers. I'm also worried about the time & method in which this policy is introduced. Well, a novice trader i am, if i'm getting disturbed by this news, what abt FIIs who are some of the back bones of our market? If I'm an FII, i'll defenitely pull out my funds and park it in some healthy markets. Now, this is called the SALT to my tech. analysis.
My outlook is bearish because:-
1. The above news.
2. The way I've looked at the charts.
3. Sudarsan Sukhani says the market looks bullish
4. Markets do the unexpected (hope all of you are expecting it to go up )
