* Not trying "tangdi" as they say in Bombay but just trying to find the "net" outcome. I find your strategy fascinating and taking care of major events (like Trump win), surprises, ups and downs, and twists and turns inevitable in NF and BNF!

It was overall negative loss making if you include brokerage etc. However this month was rare due to so many ups and downs (Trump win, Demonitisation) due to which Banknifty became highly volatile.

Also, I had booked bought puts after Trump win/Demonitisation gap down but since I had not posted it here I did not take that into account below. If I take that into account, the month ended with 800 points profit.

I will open a fresh position today for Dec (again volatile month due to Fed and RBI meetings)

Nifty has turned bearish... so booking NF at 8150 and selling 8100 PE at 140 instead

Nifty is closing bearish today therefore selling one more 8200 CE at 96 to hedge for overnite risk (Fed meeting result).

Update on BNF strategy which I opened only for today.

SELL 18300CE at 173, booked at 72 (profit 101 points)
SELL 18300PE at 144, booked now at 5 (Profit 139 points)
BUY 18500 CE at 80, exited now at 3 (Loss 70 points)
BUY 18100 PE at 80, exited now at 0.25 (Loss 80 points)

Overall profit booked = 101+139-70-80 = 90 points
