bro, even the free data feeder lags by 15 mins, so only good for paper trading. u said u r trying to get the parameters for supertrend in amibroker. when u r done, please inform me.

you can carry 25% position if you are in good profits on in 15 min super trend is a bit far from current price...

i have carried 25 % of my position...

so whats todays status of +/-?

and one more thing being a weekend...it very riskyy..so carrying is bit more risky..

Hi Intra.Trader

not carrying any position for Monday...Friday also it was cost to cost for me..Sad .Its happened twice for me that my SL at Supertrend Hit but color not changed.....As you mentioned that we should wait for 5 mins candle close but the 5 min candle movement was so i high that it went 3 paise above that and i booked and suddenly it came down and gave good profit latter not...but i was already out of the trade..Sad ..is there any way to avoid this?

1) You need to be in trade all the time..because you never know when is you will get good trending move…
2) SL is not number to be precise...
3) you need to have SL/position switch only on color change..for that you need to be in front of system.. being a 5 min there are lot many trades...if you part-time trader..you can switch to 15 min chart...

Please explain the role of EMA(20) or EMA(34)...A chart to explain the same will be great.I was reading another post where Natural gas mentioned that price should be confirmed by 34 EMA.How to read it.

one more question....Candle should close above/below EMA's or Whole candle should come above/below the ema's for confirmation.

there are two things..if it goes goes above ema and then close in green then you can confirm or wait for the next candle to give confirmation above ema..
