| i contacted then they told that for many users from office its not working ...may be office firewall is preventing the data flow...can view java charts...forex plus but can access silverlight(platinum chart)...will figure out a solution for this....

sure Hemant.icharts will do it today itself.
i see the screen where i have to put in username and pswd...i key in my username and platinum password ...it says validating account...and error message that error in contacting server...please try after some time....
will drop a mail regarding this.

reasoning for this is its not able to brake 34 ema on both 5 and 15 min TF and its below super-trend on 15 mins.
