st sir, i saw dlf, opened below bull and then crossed r1 and now hovering around r2, by crossing r1 so soon and both the emas r breached, do u think it may give some good up move?

Yes, DLF is extremely bullish. At the moment it is too extended, see if you can get in on a pullback.

Yeah it is possible. It has already hit R4, it could hit R5...entering it now is risky. You might have to wait for a breather/pullback in this scrip. There could be major pullbacks around R4/R5 so be careful, on the other hand if the pullback is not too deep then it can break R5 and move further up.

There is 89 EMA just below 34 EMA, below that is the formidable BEAR-S1 band, so there are significant supports for NF until S1. I would be bearish only on a break below S1.

Dear ST

Axisbank broke R2 and consolidating there...

Is it advisable to go long now....?

Also the first two candles (with up arrows marked) is it a gap filling move or a abnormal move....?

AXISBANK long is fine with a SL below BULL. The opening bars are fine...no issues...very normal.

ST Sir,

Now can we go long in Nifty with SL as 89EMA levels or Bear Levels, as 34 EMA has given a good support and Nifty Now above LOC level.???

Well...BNF is hugely bullish since quite a few days. Also, it will be bearish only if it breaks below BULL, just hitting R1 resistance is not a reason to go short, it could just be a breather/consolidation.

Also, for any divergence based on any momentum indicator a confirmation from the price itself is necessary. Divergences fail all the time. The price needs to breakdown to confirm the divergence.

If you are short now, just get out if price breaks above R1...again BNF is very bullish. It may breakdown from here...who knows...at some point the trend will end. But I will need to see some key levels broken before I can go short on BNF.
