From now I am planning to have one topic (thread) per month for examples so searching stuff is easier...for August I will post examples in this thread.

NF opened just above R1. Look for support here if price is to rally beyond R1. A drop below BULL can be sideways to bearish.

Watch the price action around BULL-R1 band. Most scrips this morning are near R1, so what happens around here will decide the near term action today.

If NF continues down into the BULL-R1 band, there can be significant support around BULL level as both 34 & 89 EMAs are also there.

Watch for a break below LOC...only then it is bearish. In such cases watch Axis bank CASH scrip for clues (chart attached here). Cash is currently in BULL-R1 band...so a break in cash below BULL can trigger a fall in fut below MAs & LOC.

Yes, it looks like a good short at the moment. The 34/89 EMAs along with BULL-R1 band will provide additional resistance if price rallies from here.

One clarification for diwakar for AXISBANK-1M. The only reason why I said it was bearish below LOC was the SMA support to price. A break below LOC was for confirmation. In any case a break below BULL is enough reason to short if price has hit BULL-R1 resistance before.

ST Sir : Is it now advisable to go long in NF as even 34 & 89 ema is giving crossover and NF is above R1? What u suggest ??

Dear ST

Thank you very much for your immediate response...

Price broke below LOC... And it is found support in LOC-BEAR band...

Now Moving above LOC.... Hope the EMA would resist it...

My sl is above ema... Lets wait and watch...

Diwakar R.

It is fine as long as your SL is just below BULL level. Also, I would like to go long on a strong upside bar (confirming the upside strength)....otherwise currently it looks more like a sideways move. The bias, of course, is bullish.

ST sir,
Thanks for your guidance for Aban.
Would you also consider Sunpharma & Educomp Bearish as of now?
I think Educomp should break 89 ema to confirm

Dilesh

SUNPHARMA is bearish. EDUCOMP has broken down below BULL but both EMAs are just below it so, as you rightly said, a break below LOC is necessary to confirm short.
