Thanks, Ruchir, please do continue posting. Also not to for get to post your findings of US and China Markets. You may post them too.

After a long time the inference drawn from funds flow in to the cash markets went wrong, though not in an outright way.

Still, we are getting hints for upside.

FII : -503.74 Cumulative -940.49 (8998.61 July) (9030.76 June) (12916.38 May) (7474.31 April) ( 23662 March) (-185 Feb) (111 Jan) (13489 Dec)

DII : 456.02 Cumulative 1603.72 ( -3579.94 July) (-3793.45 June) ( -5692.9 May) (-6346.33 April) (-12166March) (88 Feb) (-2429 Jan) (-7041 Dec)

Nifty 7568.55 (-80.7) -1.06%

FII selling was triple than DII selling while FII buying was double than DII buying.
- Europen indexes gained after Nifty closed which is positive for Nifty.
- Pharma and FMCG index closed flat all others in red, lead by Reality (-4.14%) and Metal (-3.34%).

While watching Nifty, I found that even after Nikkie and Kospi falling Hang Seng Index was not falling which suggests bullishness in Chinese Economy.

They are net SHORT. That is highly significant. As per my friend, who maintains and analyzes the FII data, said that this is the FIRST TIME since September 2013 that the FIIs are net SHORT. If they're betting on the downside, better be on their side. Smile

FII : -162.92 Cumulative -1103.41(8998.61 July) (9030.76 June) (12916.38 May) (7474.31 April) ( 23662 March) (-185 Feb) (111 Jan) (13489 Dec)

DII : 234.41 Cumulative 1838.13 ( -3579.94 July) (-3793.45 June) ( -5692.9 May) (-6346.33 April) (-12166March) (88 Feb) (-2429 Jan) (-7041 Dec)

Nifty 7625.95 (57.4) 0.76%

Still FII selling was triple than DII selling while FII buying was 2.5 times than DII buying.
- Auto Index was up 2.5% lead by M&M
- Pharma and FMCG index Flatish negative
- Banking Index was just half percent up with some fear of new 10 year bond index that may lower the profits of banks (business standard)

Last week Utilities (high dividend yield stocks have been going up US, mainly companies like AT&T and Verizon) same with India and China indexes. Reason is lower yields on Bonds.

I read some news articles telling that Chinese Yaun has become 2 most wanted currency replacing EURO.
- European Indexes have closed to thier highs
- US markets also trading with gap ups

Nifty 7727.05 (101.10) 1.33%

Just a typo correction made.

There is no indication yet hinting any possibility of breakout upside from the funds inflow in to the cash market. We may assume that the range bound market is still the name of the game.
