Nifty:6261.65 (-57.25) -0.91%
It was evident from the figures that there was no outflow of the money from cash segment. Both FII's and DII's were net buyers. It must be some sort of churning in the portfolios of institutes in which index scrip's must have been sold causing the index fall.
From these figures I see no danger of severe down side though Nifty closed below 6300. This slide may continue on Monday. It may go for a bounce up at any time. Market is poised for a sector rotation. |

IT and pharma will soon top out if not already done. Now it should be banks, oil&gas, metals and FMCGs. |

As expected markets moved up and again closed just above 6300.How ever, it's not able to go above 6300 in a decisive way.
Instead of going for a sector rotation market again banked on IT sector to move up.
Will it move in a range till this expiry month?. As of now the funds inflow and out flow in to the cash market and the allocation pattern is declaring the same.
As long as market stay above 6300 bulls are going to be in command. |
