in the last few weeks vinay.

attached daily vix chart closing lines, macd has div in it.

attached weekly vix chart closing lines, macd and rsi both have pos div in it and its rising.

but how to interpret it whether pressure from VIX has gone, it means that or what i cant make out.

I think the +ve div will show its results soon. But if PCR remains low then we will still have upmoves though with wild swings, probably signalling distribution.

hmm, im confused on that part whether to treat pos div on vix as we do incase of stocks and nifty?

vix rises when more put buying and short happens, so does its pos div indicate buying in puts and shortings will increase in time to come? or does it indicate pressure on vix has reduced therefore lack of buying in puts and lack of shorting exists and so macd and rsi have risen...

my mind spins thinking deeply about this. im gonna bypass thinking on it lol.

not necessarily. it's a ratio of OI and can rise because of option writing also rather than buying. Don't rack your brain too much. Look at it as any variable entity represented by a chart and has to follow rules of indicators, div, etc.
