If it is not proprietary can you please tell me how you have calculated NSE net monthly highs and lows.

Is it the difference between all the high(close) - low(close) on a daily basis or something else.

The chart displays % of NSE stocks that are at monthly highs MINUS % of NSE stocks that are at monthly lows
