Hi Rahul,

One more doubt in this strategy.

For say yesterday a stock closed abv 55SMA Hight, but today it touched 55SMA Close and went below but closed abv the 55 SMA close. So what will we do. Do we exclude the stock completely or we can wait to take a position once in doesnt touch 55SMA Close the next day. My doubt is shld the close abv 55 SMA high and the next day it shld not touch 55 SMA close should be continuos. The example for thids can be Bajaj-auto today

what i am doing is -- let it close above 55 sma high-- next day it should not go below 55 sms close intraday also-- and then if that qualifies till 3.29-- u can go long

if it went below 55 sma close then wait for next day-- and then take it

Hi Rahul & Vinay,

Thanx for your suggestions and advice. As per our say, even though if on the second day the stock goes below SMA 55 close then we can wait for the third day and take a position. Regarding Pantaloon honestly speaking i wasnt comfortable with the SL as the market is sideways. But , YES as Rahul said i have an idea of buying the stock again at 172.50-173 lvls coz 171 lvls on EOD basis seems to be a strong support for the stock. ALSO THE OTHER QUERY OF MINE IS . IS THERE ANY SCREENER OF SAY ANY METHOD TO FIND THE STOCKS THAT FALL IN THIS CATEGORY.BCOZ SCANNING ALL THE @@) STOCKS IS A DIFFICULT PROCESS.

Have your say Rahul & Vinay.

I gave stop loss at 173-- and one can re enter again

Now if u are a day trader and dont want much risk then trade

15 min TF 55 sma-- in Bhel -- reliance capital-- n Nifty
Where stop loss is pre determined as well targets also

Bhel Sl 3 points-- target 5 points
R Capital sl 7 points-- target 20 points
Nifty Stop loss 30 points target 90 points--

and few more rules-- that u can ask-- if at all u feel it good

Hi Rahul,

U mean to say on a 15tf Buy abv 55 SMa and sell below 55 sma, bocoz we cant get low hight close of 55sma in J charts premium.

Pantaloon given at 174.50-- sl hit at 173--- loss 1.50 points

Pantaloon bought at 173-- sl at 171-- loss 2 points

Pantaloon again buy at 173-- now at 184.5

Loss trades 3.5 points
gain trade now at 11.5 points

Book Pantaloon at 184.50--- net gain Rs 8000

sharma ji,

very good. keep hard working. whenever you have time always search for scripts. just look at chart and identify which scripts is coming down from long bull run or trying to come above 55 days sma after a down trend. it will sure give u a big money if u could find a valid entry.

best of luck.

Chiragji,

Tcs is a short? It closed belie SMA 55 low day before yesterday and yesterday in intraday it did cross the SMA55 close but closed below 55 SMA low.

Thanks.

55 SMA high is your closing base stop loss

tcs is short candidate. One more thing .. TCS result is nearby so trade with care.
