Dear F Money,
In any new thread first message should be introducing the trade set up, where is it. This is i charts nobody interested in calls, but your calls must be supported with trade set up and charts. u have to have post yr set up first. may some of ichartians support u to develop a good set up or they can correct you if any mistake is there. take it positively. keep posting. Wish you all the best.
Regards,
Chirag B.Vyas

Two simple studies, Moving Average (MA) and stochastic are required to discuss initially.
MOVING AVERAGES (MA) STUDY:
This is one of the best analysis tools used to predict the market direction. Though there are many Moving Averages, 5 and 10 min moving averages are proved to be the best for intraday.
Formula for trading nifty intraday:
IF BOTH ' Simple MOVING AVERAGE STUDY' AND 'SLOW STOCHASTIC STUDY' GIVES BUY SIGNAL AT THE SAME TIME, BUY NIFTY. IF BOTH GIVES SELL SIGNAL AT THE SAME TIME, SELL NIFTY. PLACE 25-30 POINTS TARGET AND 25-30 POINTS STOP LOSS
It was practically found that the above method delivers above 85-90% accuracy
How to find the trap/wrong signals:
Trap/wrong signals may generate 1-2 times a day which may lead to wrong direction
Many times, 5-min and 10-min (MA) or %k and %D (Stochastic) tends to cut each other but will not cut. So, make sure they cut completely over each other before buying/selling
Sometimes, it may not be possible to get the signals in both the studies (MA and stochastic) at the same time (in the above chart, buy signal generated with a small difference of around 3 min between MA and stochastic). Initiate the trade even if the difference is around 5-10 minutes in the graph. Never initiate/take a trade if the difference between MA and stochastic is more than 10 minutes even if both the studies show the same signal
Indicators and its Parameters : 1) Simple Moving Average (SMA) and its parameters are 5 min and 10 min (MA).
2) Slow Stoacstics indicator and its parameters are 15.3.5.
Also very important is trade these formula on given nifty fut levels by me and plot this indicators in icharts.
Imp note:please do paper trading for one month so that you will come to know how to trade these formula for nifty fut also please ask me if you need any help for find these calls. |
