By posting in the forum you are implicitly agreeing to the following rules & regulations:

1. These forums are to be used only for discussions related to the financial markets. General discussion will go into "Chit Chat" forum.

2. NO ADVERTISING IS ALLOWED HERE.

If you try to advertise, the post & topic will be removed and your username will be blocked permanently without giving you any intimation. If you have an existing subscription it will be terminated with immediate effect.

3. Do not double post or spam with multiple posts. This will result in all posts being deleted. Doing this multiple times will result in access being blocked permanently.

4. When you post, do it in a relevant forum. Example: Do not post your calls in "Problems/Complaints" forum and do not post your problems/complaints in "Market Direction" forum.

5. Don't post your calls in topics started by others. Start your own topic in a relevant forum and start posting calls there.

6. Do not target other users in your messages.

7. Do not use foul / abusive language.

8. Do not post message content in ALL CAPS. It is like shouting and is never taken kindly by other forum participants.

9. In general, please use common sense and standard online forum and blog etiquette with regards to your fellow participant.

10. Posting ebooks or links to such ebooks that are copyright protected is strictly prohibited.

11. Please do not spam the Forum by posting too many smileys. Posting of more than 5 smileys is not allowed. Anything above 5 smileys is posted, will be removed.

12. Charts from external sources (other websites, softwares etc) should not have the source indicated on the charts (website/software names must not be visible on the chart). Users will have to edit the chart images and mask the source name before they can be posted in this forum. If this is not followed, such posts will be deleted immediately without any kind of intimation.

Please note that no kind of notification will be provided for the action taken by our Moderators, in case the rules and regulations are violated.
