NIFTY take a pause after sometime. BULL lost the 7800 line and retreat, though it recovered 40 points in last couple of hours. Small cap and Mid cap are butchered like anything. BANK NIFTY fall more than 1% and always comes under pressure as soon as it touches 15600-15650. Until BANK NIFTY will not cross 15741, NIFTY's up move looks restricted. In today's session Metal, PSU BANK, Reality, Media and Energy impacted a most.
Though FII continued to stay long in cash but quantum of buying is dropping as soon as NIFTY comes around 7800 where as DII continued to remain short. Until this pattern will not break it will be difficult to break free above 7800 level.
Next week is interesting as it is expiry week.

In NIFTY CALL, LONG unwinding is visible at all level. |

NIFTY closed just below 7750. At one point of time it is threatening to go below 7700 but it bounced back from 7723. BANK NIFTY continued to drag down the market. Once again IT, PHARMA and FMCG comes for rescue.
FII fund flow slows down since last Tuesday. This is alarming bell for BULLS because it needs FII support to go up.
Every expiry NIFTY bluff that it will break down but very next week it start moving up to make new highs.
