NIFTY corrected as we entered in new series of MAY. This is because we entered final phase of worlds largest democracy election. Till 12th May market is expected to remain choppy with positive bias.
Next strong support for NIFTY is @6680. That means we have some more downside. Sharp correction should be consider as buying opportunity as after life time high first dip should be bought.
BANK NIFTY also corrected on Friday. Next support for BANK NIFTY is @12800.
CNX IT is in consolidation phase.
NIFTY trend is UP so look for buying.
Just a word of caution(this is strictly my view): Since we are entering into final phase of election, as per me in first week of May FII again start buying till 7th or 8th. Then on 12th May after 5 PM Exit poll result will be announced which can cause wild movement on 13th.
Just remember FII has added advantage as they can trade in NIFTY future in SGX and MSE exchange on 12th evening but we can't.
This type of event whenever happen, no technical analysis works as these are strongly driven by emotions due to result outcome. Be careful.

This trade has potential to give very good returns. First target is 613 but it can reduce further depending the more time NIFTY spend between 6680 - 6980.

NIFTY is in small trading range today. It is expected to move UP or DOWN in next couple of days. Most probably it will give big move in positive side.
BANK NIFTY closed positive today. It is expected to move above life time high is near future. Look for buying in quality banking stock like AXIS, ICICI, HDFC, SBI, BOB, PNB, etc.
CNX IT is moving in very narrow range for last 7 days. It should give big move UP or DOWN in couple of sessions.
NIFTY trend is UP. Stay long. |
