Disclaimer: This is strictly my view, it can go horribly wrong so don't take any trade on this view.
Do not trade tomorrow in extreme volatile market
Let's analyse tomorrow's situation:
1) BJP alone gets 272+ seats:
Market will rally 3-5% from current NIFTY spot price in couple of days.
2) NDA get less 220 seats:
Market will witness heavy sell-off, NIFTY can come down to 6500.
3) NDA get around 272 seats(+- 20)
Market may jump up but cool down immediately in sometime and slowly grind down to 6900-7000
Let's analyse our position which are carried to tomorrow:
1) NIFTY 6800 PUT BUY:
2) BANK NIFTY 15000 CALL SELL
3) BANK NIFTY FUTURE SELL
All 3 positions are safe and profitable if result outcome meets situation 2 and 3 by end of day.

In case NDA comes to power Bull market will continue for next 5 years. |

What an amazing trading session on 16th. Market and India got what they are waiting for and BJP alone got 283 seats.
NIFTY: As trading started by 10:05 AM it touched 7552 (5% UP) and by 1:45 PM it fall back to 7154 and finally close at 7203.
BANK NIFTY: As opened it moved almost 10% UP (15682) and came down to 14544 and closed at 14853.
What a wild moves in both indexes.
Lets analyse the data:
Option data of Index does not show any big down movement till now.
Looking @ FII data: FII sold -847 Cr Index future, -2000 Cr Index options, -2300 Cr Stock Future and -4.5 Cr Stock options.
Bought 3500 Cr in Cash segment.
What I make out from FII data is that they are getting in for long term but in short term they are negative and market consolidate here and UP move for nifty is done.
Huge move always followed by correction and consolidation phase. Seems like consolidation phase is going to start soon.
Investor should start buying high quality stocks for min. 2-3 years on every dip. |

As per my analysis this level will not crossed this month:
NIFTY: upper limit-7545
BANK NIFTY: upper limit - 15250
As soon as it come down below Friday closing price, selling will accelerate.
Recommendation: SELL CALL of NIFTY 7500-7600 and 15300-15400 in BANK NIFTY |
