NIFTY corrected 50 point but recover half of losses in second half. NIFTY is not weak until it stays above 7200.
As expected BANK NIFTY corrected 1% today.
In the cash market today, FII’s sold 266 crores stock whereas DII’s sold 439 crores worth of stock. In the derivative market, FII’s bought 264 crore of Index futures and bought 1480 crores worth of Index options. In the Stock futures segment, FII’s sold 1106 crores worth of stock futures and sold 49 crores of stock options.
Option data does not suggest much. Keep an eye on 7200 CE, if open interest increases rapidly that will be sign of correction.
It is difficult to trade in this market as we don't know when new bout of buying comes or sell off trigger in market. |

That's why some time back I suggested to take long positions in cash. Look at mid cap and small cap shares which are having reasonable fundamentals;they are surging up 10-20%. |

Dear RK,
Everything has it own flavour.
F&O trading is for short term trader and gives more return than cash. Secondly, in F&O we can trade by selling.
Cash trading is comparatively safe but returns are low. Small and Mid Cap stocks usually moves late/last and sometimes fall more than Index.
Good that you are getting handsome return on your wise investments.
