The discussion going on is at a different plane. Not at the level you are trying to drag. Some traders are risk averse. Some stick to the strategy. What could be the best approach is the point of discussion.
The whole discussion is about risk management that too during major events. It’s not at all regarding success or failure of the strategy. It’s not about praising or throwing stones.
Every trader has their own approach regarding this. It’s just exchange.
Rahul declared his position which has its own logic and back testing results support. In the same way other traders can have a different approach which suits their own methods, nothing wrong in it. No one can force others to follow their methods or approaches.
It’s just a point to ponder about and we did it .That’s it... Nothing else. |

I have already mentioned here regarding risk management --till date maximum loss in a row--
Nifty--- 160 points--thats 4 stop loss
bank Nifty-- 600 points-- 5 stop loss
Rel Infra-- 3--4 stop loss in a row.
After all calculation -i have started this thread
In 1 or 2 months-- risk in bank nifty was only Rs 2500--- which i feel nil
those who are not satisfied with it--- i will seriously apoplogise for inconviniance caused |

1} 15 min long at 550.10--- stop loss and short below 448.90
2} 30 min long at 553-- stop loss and short at 444.90
Nifty
1} Long at 5340-- stop loss now at 5350
Bank nifty
1} Long at 10020-- cost at stop loss now 170 points in hand |

thats exactly what I was also saying......
NO TRADING STRATEGY IS FOOLPROOF.........
otherwise we all would have been millionares by now....
So let us all have an open mind to discuss......otherwise its no use to share if its just one way traffic....
