Hi Mogili and all friends who are sharing their methods and systems on this forum , I think all of us here are exchanging ideas and nobody is doing it at a cost so i dont think we will face any problem from SEBI , i request Icharts Admin to address this issue at the earliest and seek clarification from any authority if need be.

Mogili: I guess PAID advisors who take subscription or % of your profit after providing tip fall in the category to be regd with SEBI.
One such example is Tulsiyan of Bombay.
You can always post your levels by only saying: these levels were observed by you.
There is no compulsion on me to act on the levels nor are you forcing me to trade AND of course, there is no Q of fund transfer from me to you! Prakash Holla |
