Hi,
I am having a problem with J-basic rt. After I view 3-5 charts the page does not respond and I have to close the page and log in again. I have tried clearing cache etc.. NO problems with the internet speed.
Please help. |

In your case, java is probably running out of RAM. By default Java uses very little RAM which is sufficient only for about 2 applets (charts). You will need to allocate more RAM for Java to open more chart pages simultaneously. Instructions to do this are available here: http://www.duckware.com/pmvr/howtoincreaseappletmemory.html
Please try this and see. If this doesn't work, there is nothing else that you can try other than minimising the number of running programs or finally upgrading your PC to a more powerful one.
